SSC CGL 2017 Admit Card

The Staff Selection Commission is going to conduct Combined Graduate Level examination in the month of August. The Examination is scheduled in the multiple shifts from August 1st to August 20th. The Test is going to be held for 3805 vacancies of Central Wise, Customs, Police Departments, etc. The Last Date for filling the application form was till 5:00 p.m. on 19th June 2017. Candidates who are applying for the examination must download the SSC CGL 2017 Admit Card. The Admit Card for Staff Selection Commission CGL will be issued on or after 20.07.2017. Applicants have to login with their Application No. and DOB for CGL Tier-1 Call Letter 2017.

Fresh Update :- Candidates has now given a second chance to login and enter the password. The Staff Selection Commission has postponed the exam from 01.08.2017 to 05th August 2017. Candidates can check the complete information on their official website.

About Staff Selection Commission :-
SSC is an organization to recruit various staff in departments and organization for the Government Of India. Staff Selection Commission was established in 1975. Candidates who have done Bachelor’s Degree are eligible to apply for the SSC CGL 2017 Examination. The Entrance examination is held to secure jobs in Government Organizations. Around 1.5 Million of people appear for the test.

The Examination for SSC CGL will be conducted as online written examination which will be divided into two categories i.e. Tier-1 & Tier-2. The Question Paper will be of 100 Questions carrying two marks each with Multiple Choice Objective Questions. The Next test will be of Pen Paper based exam which will held on November 11th and November 12th.

SSC CGL 2017 Admit Card contains details of the Examination, Roll Number, Date Of Examination, Examination Centre, Code Of Centre, Photograph & Signature. It is important to carry Admit Card as it will be considered as entry pass for the examinee. Candidates have to carry any of their ID Proof with them. The Documents can be of :-

  • Pan Card
  • License
  • Passport

In a Notification issued on Friday, the commission said that the 14.25 lac candidates appeared in the SSC CGL Examination in the Academic Year 2016. It’s a high time and the last month for the preparation so candidates should be committed to their work and practice attentively for their exams.

Issue of SSC CGL Admit Card :- 15th July to 20th July
SSC CGL Tier I Examination Date :- 01.08.2017 to 20.08.2017
Date of Tier II Exam :- 10.11.2017 & 11.11.2017
Date of SSC CGL Tier III Exam : 21st January 2018
Expected Date of SSC CGL Tier IV Test (Skill Test) : Feb, 2018

Do Not forget to take every important document with you. Candidates are not allowed to give the examination without their Documents. The Duration of Examination will be of 75 Minutes. The Subjects are as given below :-

  • Firstly, Visit the Official page of SSC CGL ssc.nic.in.
  • Go to the Home Page of SSC and Come under Admit Card Section.
  • All the Information you searched will be displayed on your Screen.
  • Now, fill the Application form for SSC CGL 2017.
  • Download SSC CGL 2017 Admit Card Tier-1.
  • Enter the important details like Application No./ DOB/ Name.
  • All the details of the Call Letter will be displayed on your Screen.
  • At Last, Check the Examination Centre and Roll No. and take the print out for future use.
